A tape of a controversial reality show, created to test people’s moral limits was found inside a corpse in LA. Two couples, Josh and Helen, Matt and Dana spend a Friday night watching it not knowing that it will change their lives forever.

The show makes Fear Factor look like a children’s program pitting contestants against each other in ever increasing dangerous and graphic challenges. Those tasks not only affect the contestants in the most demented ways but also the viewers.

Will pregnant Helen who is the only one not affected by the show be able to save her life and her unborn child from the evil that is coming after her? Will she live long enough to see who wins 10 STEPS TO FAME?
